Terms and conditions - $777 raffle

The following are the terms and conditions of the 777.com special “$777 raffle” (the “Raffle”) which is sponsored by the operator of the Internet site found at www.777.com (the “Sponsor”). Your participation in the Raffle shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

1. Entry to the Raffle is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide the Sponsor, or a third party, with proof of age and /or identity.
2. Employees and relatives of employees of the Sponsor and any entities affiliated or related to the Sponsor shall not be eligible to enter the Raffle. For the purposes herein, the term “relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
3. The Raffle shall take place on July 8th 2007 (the “Raffle Date”).
4. Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into the Raffle only. In the event that the Sponsor deems an entrant to have made multiple applications to enter the Raffle or as in any way having acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Raffle and consequently ineligible to win any of the Prizes, as defined below.
5. In order to enter the Raffle each shall entrant enter a valid E-mail address and, following confirmation of the entrants' E-mail via a conformation E-mail, such entrant shall be eligible to participate in the Raffle.
6. The Sponsor shall execute one (1) Prize Draw which shall take place on 8th July 2007 at 16:00 GMT at the registered offices of the Sponsor. The Sponsor shall cease to accept entries to the Raffle on 8th July 2007 at 07:00 a.m. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Raffle shall only take place if ten (10) people or more successfully enter the Raffle.
7. The prize for winning the Raffle shall be seven hundred and seventy seven US Dollars (USD $777) (the “Prize”).
8. Payment of the Prize shall be made to the Raffle winner in accordance with one of the following payment methods: (i) via bank transfer, directly to the winner's bank account; or (ii) directly to the winner's Paypal account.
9. The Sponsor shall notify the winner of the winning via E-mail within thirty (30) days of the Raffle. The winner shall receive the Prize within sixty (60) days of the Sponsor's receipt of the details of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.
10. Notwithstanding Section 9 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the E-mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to such Prize and the Sponsor shall have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
11. The Sponsor’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
12. Your participation in the Raffle is deemed your agreement that the Sponsor may use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you hereby grant the Sponsor the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against the Sponsor in this regard.
13. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
14. By entering the Raffle each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Raffle and the awarding of the Prize.
15. By entering the Raffle each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection the Raffle or the acceptance of the Prize.
16. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.
17. The Sponsor reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
18. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle if, in its sole judgment, the Raffle is not capable of being conducted as specified.
19. The winners’ name will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Sponsor at the address below.
20. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.
