My name is Jamie and I am getting married on 07/07/07.
I am looking for a company that may be interested in getting some free publicity by sponsoring items for a goodie bag or any other unique idea.
We are getting married at the Chart House in Weehawken NJ and this place comes with a little bit of bad luck. The Chart House is located at the end of the pier and this location seems to be accident prone.
The former restaurant had burned down and I believe the Chart House had caught on fire a while back.
Two days ago part of the pier collapse. A twenty foot sink hole appeared on the Pier. The pier has been shut down and should be repaired by Labor Day.
What does this mean for me? all my guests can not drive directly up to the Chart House because they are not allowing automobiles on the pier. They need to park across the street in a lot then take a shuttle onto the pier, past the two armed policemen, guarding the giant crater, and be dropped off at the front door. Yes, only 21 days before my wedding the bad luck begins.
