Terms & Conditions The following are the terms and conditions of the 777.com promotion (the “Promotion”) which is promoted by Online Entertainment Limited (the “Promoter”) and sponsored by the operator of the Internet sites found at www.888.com and www.casino-on-net.com (the “Sponsor”). Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

1. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18 who do not have any previous account with the Sponsor. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide the Promoter, the Sponsor, or a third party, with proof of age and /or identity.
2. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter or the Sponsor and any entities affiliated or related to the Promoter or the Sponsor shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term “relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
3. Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into the Promotion only. In the event that the Promoter or the Sponsor deem an entrant to have made multiple applications to enter the Promotion or as in any way having acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and consequently become ineligible to win the Bonus, as defined below.
4. In order to enter the Promotion, an entrant must arrive at the Sponsor's website via a link on www.777.com, open a new user account with the Sponsor and play at any of the Sponsor's casino games.
5. Upon registration with the Sponsor, the first one hundred (100) entrants shall be entitled to an extra $10 bonus (the "Bonus") in addition to the standard registration bonus which the Sponsor regularly provides to its new members.
6. The Bonus money can be cashed out only after an amount totaling twenty (20) times the Bonus amount (i.e. $200) has been wagered by an entrant.
7. The Sponsor’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
8. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Bonus.
9. The Promoter and the Sponsor reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in their sole discretion.
10. The Promoter and the Sponsor reserve the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter or the Sponsor, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
11. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London, England.
