Violations of our Terms & Conditions or this Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your 777.com membership. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through 777.com's computer systems. 777.com does not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.
777.com does not authorize the use of its proprietary computers and computer system to accept, transmit or distribute unsolicited bulk e-mail sent from the Internet to 777.com members.
Internet e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through 777.com that makes use of or contains invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or other means of deceptive addressing will be regarded as counterfeit. Any attempt to send or cause such counterfeit e-mail to be sent to or through 777.com is unauthorized. 777.com does not authorize anyone to send e-mail or cause e-mail to be sent to 777.com that violates 777.com's Terms & Conditions.
777.com does not authorize the harvesting or collection of e-mail addresses from 777.com for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail. 777.com reserves the right to take every legal and technical measures available to prevent unsolicited e-mail or other unauthorized e-mail from entering, utilizing or remaining within 777.com's computer system.
777.com will not tolerate spam sent by its affiliate or partners. Affiliates or partners of 777.com will not utilize spam in promoting 777.com and will not, either directly or indirectly, send any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
Violating this may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate's account and they will also be subject to legal action.
777.com does not attempt to censor any content, or to harm its affiliates' business. However, spam activities are not authorized by 777.com and will not be tolerated.
