Forum Policy

This 777.com Forum Policy (the "Policy") will apply to each Internet user ("User") who wishes to access and/or post messages on any of the forum topics available on the 777.com Internet site or post comments in relation to articles on the 777.com Internet site (each a "Forum"). Each User must fully comply and adhere to this Policy in order to access and use the Forum.

User’s access to or use of the Forum will be deemed to be his unreserved acceptance of all of the provisions contained herein.

Users must ensure that all messages or comments posted by them onto the Forum must be legal, decent, honest, non-objectionable, non-obscene and non-abusive.

Each User is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of his own postings onto the Forum and each User will be solely liable for false, misleading, inaccurate, infringing or other actionable material therein. The Forum is intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial or marketing purposes and Users are hereby explicitly requested not to use the Forum for such purposes.

The Forum Owner reserves the right to monitor all postings made by Users and to delete or amend such postings as it sees fit and Users shall have no claims whatsoever against the Forum Owner in such regard. Further, the Forum Owner reserves the right to permanently block access to the Forum to those Users who repeatedly or severely violate the provisions herein.

Any Users who wish to register a complaint about postings made to the Forum may write to the Forum Owner at webmaster@777.com, clearly explaining the nature of the complaint. The Forum Owner’s decision in relation to complaints received shall be final and not open to review or appeal.

Each User agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the Forum Owner and its directors, officers and employees from and against any and all liability, damages, losses, claims (including reasonable legal fees) resulting in any way from his use of and from any postings made to the Forum or from any other matter relating thereto including but not limited to use of the information posted on the Forum. Further, each User waives any right to bring any claim or action against the Forum Owner for any loss, damage or injury arising from use of the Forum or any material posted on the Forum or from this Policy.

Each User accepts that the Forum and the materials therein are posted and provided "AS IS" with any faults or failings and without any representation, warranty or guarantee whatsoever, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

In no event will the Forum Owner be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damages or any special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with any User's access to, or use of the Forum or any material therein or any goods, materials or services promoted therein, whether based in contract, tort and whether negligent or otherwise, even if the Forum Owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.    

Each User agrees to remain bound by this Policy, as shall be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Forum Owner, for as long as they remain a User unless the Forum Owner earlier terminates, suspends or otherwise limits access to the Forum or as it otherwise deems is appropriate.

Each User agrees that this Policy and any dispute arising in any way in relation to the Forum will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Gibraltar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Gibraltar.

In the event that any provision in this Policy is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions which shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law. This Policy represents the entire agreement between User and the Forum Owner relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understanding or agreements regarding the Forum.
