Prince Harry says Viva Las Vegas

Prince Harry says Viva Las Vegas

Prince Harry is well known throughout the world since he’s a prominent member of the British Royal Family, and currently third in line to the throne. Of course, even British royalty likes to have fun, which is certainly the case with Prince Harry as he took a recent Las Vegas trip during a night off from his military training. And just like many other people who’ve visited Sin City, Harry had a great time since he played casino games, went clubbing, and received lots of free comps. Seeing as how he had such a great night out, let’s take an in-depth look at everything the Wales native did.

Casino Games

One place where Prince Harry and his friends where spotted quite frequently was the Wynn Las Vegas blackjack section. As an inexperienced casino gamer, the results were not a complete success for Harry since he lost $300 playing blackjack games during his trip. However, he was more than happy about all of the comps that he got while sitting at the blackjack tables. In fact, the 27-year-old didn’t realize that bettors got so many free drinks!

Cirque Du Soleil

Most Las Vegas visitors think it’s imperative that you catch a Vegas show, which is exactly what Harry and his entourage did. They saw the world-famous Cirque Du Soleil’s “O” at the Bellagio, and had front row seats for the performance. Cirque Du Soleil is a Canadian entertainment group that uses a mixture of acrobatics and circus acts to captivate their audience. As for the show “O,” this is an aquatic stage show that features synchronized swimmers, high-flying acrobats and divers. After viewing all of this, Prince Harry gave the show a standing ovation.

Clubbing

In addition to playing casino games and watching Cirque Du Soleil’s “O,” Prince Harry also did some partying afterward. He did his clubbing at the XS Nightclub in the Wynn’s Encore section. XS is rapidly becoming one of the top Las Vegas nightclubs, and this was certainly the case on the night Harry was there. He was given a VIP table near the main dance floor where the XS owner normally sits, and took advantage of the opportunity to dance with a couple of different girls. Of course, he could’ve danced with a lot more because there were lots of women who approached his table; many were turned away by Harry’s security team.

A Good Time for All

Apparently, Prince Harry loved his stay in Sin City so much that he talked afterward about staying a while longer. One of the best parts of the experience was that he wasn’t mobbed by people like he normally is in the UK. Sure people still gawked at the casually-dressed Prince Harry, who wore blue jeans and a long-sleeved shirt, but they weren’t impeding his way. Of course, this is often the case for many celebrities who travel to Las Vegas because the town is used to seeing famous people.

As for Harry’s business in the United States, his British Army Air Corps duties call for him to complete mandatory training in the Western United States. With his training nearly completed, Prince Harry decided to celebrate by hanging out in the world’s second biggest casino gaming destination.
