The Mohegan Sun is one of the most amazing places on earth. Located in Uncasville, Connecticut, the complex has two huge casinos, a 1200-room luxury hotel, a 10,000 seat arena and a planetarium.

Opened in 1996 by the Mohegan Tribal Nation, the casino draws much from Mohegan legend and tribal lore. The gaming area has 6200 slot machines and 192 table games including high-stakes baccarat, blackjack, craps, caribbean stud poker, keno, pai gow poker, roulette, sic bo, spanish 21 and wheel of fortune.

Mohegan Sun is a legendary gaming and entertainment destination. Renowned for its exceptional service, hospitality and excitement, Mohegan Sun offers some of the finest dining, live entertainment and superb retail shopping. No one's needs are neglected at the Mohegan Sun.

There is a Kids Quest/Cyber Quest family entertainment facility in addition to a convention center that hosts sporting events and more. The new Casino of the Sky features the world's largest planetarium dome.

The Mohegan Sun redefines the term luxury casino and hotel. Every room is a veritable palace.

Not only are the rooms first class and designed for luxury, a spa with 15 therapy rooms, 2 multi-therapy suites, a full service hair and nail salon, complete fitness center with aerobic studio and gymnasium and a separate men and women's relaxation area are completely designed for guests' comfort. From mud therapy and Shiatsu massage to European facials and seaweed wraps, you won't find a more complete array of luxurious treatments.

There are 29 different restaurants to choose from so guests can find dining to suit any of their tastes.

The Mohegan Sun also has a 10,000-square-foot indoor swimming pool.

In addition to this, there is a three-story, onyx and alabaster mountain, Wombi Rock, which rises from the center of the Casino of the Sky. There are also the Taughannick Falls which are 85 feet high, thundering down from a fissure into a massive crystalline boulder.

Gaze at the stars, play in the water, and gamble at one of the most exotic casinos in the world at the Mohegan Sun.
