Editor's Review

On the strip, but set away from it at the southernmost end, the Mandalay Bay's location is similar to its status in Las Vegas. It provides a little extra for hotel guests and visitors, going above and beyond the other Las Vegas high-end casinos. It's moved up the resorts on the strip and raised the standard that hotel-casinos must set to attract an exclusive clientele.

From the excellent nightlife options, gaming choices, restaurants, rooms and pampering, the Mandalay Bay is a little vacation all on its own. With more than twenty restaurants, six nighttime attractions, the Shark Reef - a 90,000 square foot aquarium, the hotel spa, the Mamma Mia! Broadway show, a wave pool and more, you can have your pick of activities.

The Mandalay Bay House of Blues has live acts in the venue round the clock and even offers a Late Night party with themed music nights. The spa offers an array of services and the Mamma Mia! Show is preformed twice nightly. The shops have over forty boutique-style stores for visitors to browse through, including a Tiffany & Company location.

With all of this, the Mandalay Bay is a vacation in itself. But you'll have to experience it for yourself to see.
