Casino operators in Nevada will be disappointed to learn that revenue for gambling establishments dropped a whopping 11.1 per cent in November last year, the lowest monthly total for the state since June 2010.The Las Vegas Strip usually ensures an extremely strong performance for the local industry, accounting for more than half of the revenue, but figures suggested even the strip had suffered a drop of almost 13 per cent.Senior control board analyst Mike Lawton, said the drop was not due to fewer people attending casinos. "Bettors had one of those months where you just scratch your head," he explained.
