Overall, this is a solid site to play in. Poker Stars caters to the serious poker player, and their tournament traffic and offerings are some of the best online.

They don't have a regular deposit bonus which is little discouraging but one of the major draws of Poker Stars is their tournament offerings. Their biggest weekly event is a $1,000,000 guaranteed event. Poker Stars hosts many satellites to major land-based tournaments. In addition to sending many players to WSOP and WPT tournaments, players can win seats to many European Poker Tour events.

Their software is pretty cool and they allow you to upload your own image as your avatar, which is a nice feature. It has a very simple graphics and convenient functions. Some might find the environment too colorful, but it does look different from all the rest's green tables and game frames.

Poker Stars' customer service is only done through email but their customer service is one of the most professional in the industry. Phone support would be a most welcomed and necessary add.

They also cash out quickly - Most cash outs are done within one or two business days.

Overall, the site is well rounded and needs minor improvements.
